Delete your Launderra account and data

Use this form to request deletion of your Launderra customer account and associated personal data. You can submit a request even if you have uninstalled the app.

Our support team will verify that you own the account before processing your request.

How to request deletion

  1. Step 1: Submit this form

    Enter the phone number registered with Launderra and an email address where we can contact you.

  2. Step 2: Verify that you own the account

    Our support team will contact you by email to explain the ownership-verification steps.

  3. Step 3: We process your request

    After verification, we process your request and let you know when it is complete.

You can also request deletion in the Launderra customer app: My Profile → Delete account.
